Custom sampling takes 3 to 7 working days upon artwork confirmation. Mass production typically takes 10 to 20 working days depending on structural complexity and surface craftsmanship. Because we run independent dedicated print jobs, your order is never delayed waiting for other clients batches.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Do you accept trial orders?
Our standard MOQ starts at 200 pcs due to fixed setup costs for offset plate-making and die-cut tooling. We provide tiered volume pricing at 1,000, 3,000, and 5,000 pcs. If you are launching a new product line or testing market response, contact our engineering team. We offer flexible finishing solutions for initial trial runs.
How can I customize colors and finishes for my packaging boxes?
You can customize any Pantone (PMS) formula guide color or CMYK artwork. We use German Heidelberg offset printing presses to achieve accurate color reproduction with Delta E within 3. We also offer premium surface finishes including matte lamination, glossy lamination, soft-touch velvet coating, gold or silver hot foil stamping, spot UV, embossing, and debossing.
Can you customize the exact size, box shape, and inner inserts for my products?
Yes. All our packaging boxes are 100 percent custom made to fit your specific product dimensions. We produce various box styles such as magnetic closure boxes, collapsible folding boxes, lid and base boxes, and sliding drawer boxes. We also engineer custom interior inserts including precision die-cut EVA foam, high-density sponge, satin lining, molded pulp, and card dividers. Free 2D dieline templates are provided within 24 hours.
What is your sample policy and how does custom sampling work?
We provide two sampling options. Existing stock samples from our showroom are free of charge (you only cover express courier shipping). For custom samples made with your bespoke size, printing, and finishes, we charge a flat fee of 150 USD. This custom sample fee is 100 percent refundable and will be deducted from your mass production order deposit.

Because every custom box is made to order, your final price depends on your specific box dimensions, order quantity, material thickness, and chosen printing finishes (such as hot foil stamping, spot UV, or embossing). Once you provide your custom specifications, we will calculate an accurate factory-direct quotation for you.
