1. Requirement Communication & Design Confirmation
The process begins with a detailed consultation to fully understand your specifications: dimensions, shape, material, print design, colors, and any special finishing techniques (e.g., foil stamping, UV coating). Our designers then create artwork drafts for your review. We iterate based on your feedback until the final design is approved.
2. Material Sourcing & Preparation
Once the design is locked, we procure all required raw materials—paperboard, cardstock, inks, adhesives, etc.—that meet the specifications. All materials undergo strict quality inspection before being prepared for production.
3. Printing & Surface Finishing
The approved artwork is transferred onto the chosen material using advanced printing presses (e.g., offset or screen printing). Post-printing, various surface treatments are applied as required, such as:
• Lamination (gloss/matte)
• Varnishing (gloss/satin coating)
• Foil Stamping (gold/silver/colors)
• Embossing/Debossing
These steps enhance the visual appeal, texture, and durability of the box.
4. Die-Cutting & Creasing
The printed and treated sheets are fed into a precision die-cutting machine. Using a custom-made die (mold), the sheets are cut into the precise net shape of the box and creased along folding lines to form the structural framework.
5. Gluing & Assembly
The die-cut pieces are folded and securely glued to form a sturdy structure. At this stage, additional components—such as interior padding, magnetic closures, ribbons, or other accessories—are installed to complete the final assembly of the gift box.
6. Quality Inspection & Packaging
Every finished box undergoes a rigorous multi-point quality check. This includes verification of dimensions, print accuracy, color consistency, structural integrity, and functionality of closures or inserts. Only boxes passing inspection are carefully packed to prevent damage during transportation.
7. Delivery & After-Sales Service
The final, approved products are delivered to you reliably and on schedule. Our service continues with dedicated after-sales support to address any feedback or future adjustment needs, ensuring complete satisfaction.
