Do You Support Full Customization Box?
We primarily provide customized paper gift box services, which include design, manufacturing, and shipping. We support customization of box style, color, size, and printing content. We can also add internal features such as foam inserts and paper trays, and external features such as ribbons and handles. We can incorporate your company's branding elements onto the boxes, which is beneficial for your brand promotion and product sales.
Do you support customized samples?
We support fully customized samples. Our samples are produced to the same standards as our bulk orders, ensuring that the quality of the samples and the bulk orders will be identical.
What is your production time?
The box manufacturing process involves several steps. We will first create a design proof for you, and only after you confirm the design and printing specifications will we begin production. First, we will order the box materials, then we will print the box content, and then cut the cover paper according to your box dimensions. If it's a gray board box, we will also need to laminate the cover paper to the gray board. Finally, we will assemble the box.
What shipping methods and delivery times do you offer?
First, we need to know your receiving country. Generally, we ship via sea freight. If you need the boxes urgently, we can use air freight or express delivery. The shipping time mainly depends on the shipping method. Of course, faster shipping methods will be more expensive. Our boxes are designed to be foldable, allowing them to be shipped flat, saving on shipping costs and storage space. If you need an accurate shipping time estimate, please contact us.
What payment methods do you accept? Do you require full payment upfront?
We generally conduct transactions through Alibaba, which better protects your rights. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can contact Alibaba for assistance. We accept a 30% down payment.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your products?
Our MOQ is typically 100 boxes, but all boxes are custom-made. We need to create a mold based on your box dimensions and print them using a large Heidelberg printing press. Therefore, there are fixed costs for both the mold and printing. As your order quantity increases, these costs will be averaged across each box, resulting in a lower unit price. Therefore, I strongly recommend ordering at least 300 boxes for your first batch.
Why is it recommended to order more boxes?
First, I understand you're probably just starting your project and haven't considered packaging boxes that much yet. But once you test your project and find it's progressing well, and you've run out of boxes, you'll need to order more, incurring additional costs that would otherwise be your profit.
